HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

From the date that you have received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, you then have 14 days to return the item to us, which is free to do so from anywhere within the UK and USA. Please send us an email at hello@lostcauseldn.com explaining why you would like to return your item and we will then send you a returns label for you to print off. After that, place the item back in its originally packaging and take the package to your local post office to be sent to us. It’s as simple as that! If you wish to return an item after this 14-day period or from a country outside the UK or USA, we must ask that you fulfil the shipping costs yourself . Once the item has arrived back with us and given that it is in the same condition as originally purchased and has not been worn, we can then offer you a full refund. The cost of your purchase should be back within you bank after 7 days.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM.

Firstly we are sorry that you were sent an incorrect or faulty item. In this circumstance, we will offer a full refund on the item. As with all returns please send us an explanatory email at hello@lostcauseldn.com. From there, we will send you a return label to print off. Once you have done so, place the item back in its original packaging, and take the package to your local post office to be sent to us. When the item has arrived back with us and we can see that the item is incorrect or faulty (not that we don’t trust you!) we can then offer you a full refund. The cost of your purchase should be back within your bank after 7 days.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once a return item has been delivered to us, it usually takes 3-5 working days to complete our checks and process the return. The cost of purchase should then be back to your bank after 7 days.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

As soon as your parcel arrives with us, we will send you an email and another when our checks have been completed and we have processed the return. Through this process, we hope to keep you updated.

 

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment but hope to in the future. However, if you wish to beat the system, simply return the item you would be hoping to exchange and then once you have been refunded, order the item you are after. Just a thought!
